My Mahindra 2015 HST will not start; installed new battery and it started 3 times. Now all I get when I turn the ignition on is a clicking noise; the glow light indicator does not come on and the engine will not turn over. Please help. Thanks!!

Try jumpstarting and see if it turns over. If so, then maybe the alternator isn't charging the battery, or you might have an electrical leak in the system.
Not insulting your memory, but also check to make sure the shift lever is in neutral lock position and PTO levers are fully off and locked.
My first guess would be either a bad connection or bad alternator.

Check the voltage on the battery. Maybe you have something that doesn't turn off and drained the battery? It should read at least 12 volts when not running. 13V or more when the engine is running.
For cleaning remove the terminals and use a small wire brush on the battery posts and inside terminals. For inside terminals most auto parts stores sell terminal cleaners. You could also scrape the terminals with a knife blade. Make sure the top of the battery is clean as well. You can mix a little baking soda and water and brush it on. Wear eye protection and gloves. Sulfuric acid is nasty stuff and will burn the skin. It will bubble and fizz to neutralize any acid on top of the battery. Then hose off with clean water. Don't forget to also clean the ground cable where it attaches to the frame.

Thank you George2615! I recleaned everything today. I believe the culprit was the end of the end of the ground cable where it connects to the frame. There is some exposed wire there where it joins the ending eye connector maybe a 1/4" long and it was corroded; I cleaned it off with a liquid battery cleaner and wire brush; reconnected and woo lah, she started right up.
I wonder if I should go back and wrap the exposed area, which is maybe a 1/4" long to the start of the end connector, with black electrical tape. Or just not worry about it. Thanks again for your response!!

Electrical tape won't seal out moisture from getting in and corroding it again. Most auto parts stores do sell liquid tape or liquid rubber which is black liquid in a bottle that is brushed on. when it sets it turns to a rubber (kind of silicone) that seals out moisture. They also sell a battery terminal spray (red in color). I use that at work on my generator battery terminal ends. I've also used just plain grease dabbed on. It lasts quite a while.
