Mahindra 2538 hydraulic issue

I have a 2538 Mahindra. Put on a 3rd function kit a few years ago and it has worked flawless. Now all of a sudden I have a problem. When I put my grapple on and hook it up it works fine for several cycles then it hangs up. It ends up building pressure like it’s never relieving itself to go back the other direction. I can crack the fittings on the lines let the pressure off and it cycles a couple times then builds pressure back and sticks. The solenoid valve is functioning properly. I am stuck and don’t know what to do next. Any ideas? It has me stumped because it worked correctly for so long.

It could be a bad quick connect fitting causing the issue. Also, just because you hear the click does not mean the valve is opening.

It was a bad quick connect I got it fixed this afternoon

Do you mind if I ask if you got the 3rd valve from Mahindra? Also did you get a mahindra mini grapple? Thanks.

I bought valve and manifold from surplus center and ordered the joystick control from a place online (can’t remember the name). Had my hoses made at a local industrial supply. I built my own grapple. I’m a do it yourselfer Toolmaker/Fabricator by trade.
