It appears to be leaking where the hose enters the connector.
I assume you mean the junction of the crimp onto the hose and its crimped on connector if so then Yep, you will have to replace.. Remember when the tractor is running and fluid is sent to that hose from the control valve (joystick valve) DO NOT bring your body any where near that leak, You might not see that fine stream of fluid but it can penetrate your skin and do really really bad things to you by injecting you with the fluid. Always check for leaks with a piece of paper held safely away from the suspected leak site. Just being the safety police here, but I would sure hate for you to be injured because you did not know about pressurized hydraulic fluid leaks.
