Mahindra 3510
Hi there, I just purchased a Mahindra 3510 3 days ago. I feel I got it at a great deal for $7000 with 1100 hrs on it. The machine is faded almost pink and not a show stopper but who cares on cosmetics!

Anyways..I have a few questions I was hoping I could get assistance with.

1. It didn’t come with any literature and I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the owners manual and or service manual that I could print out and put in a binder? That would help me a great deal!

2. Are there cross references for the filters that I can buy from? Mahindra filters seem a bit pricey from my local dealer.

- I’ll be changing the oil filter, air filters, fuel filter and hydraulic filter. ^^

3. Universal tractor hydraulic fluid and 15w40 engine oil is what the dealer said. Places like tractor supply have non Mahindra brand fluids… same viability, still reparable companies… but less money.

4. What type of grease are you guys using on the zirk fittings and on parts like the 3 point arms etc?

Welcome! That's a handy tractor to have.

You can get an owners manual here when you put in your Serial#. https://service.mahindrausa.com/ssm/campaigncheck.aspx#

I stayed with the Mahindra filters for mine, but got them online where I could find them cheapest. Your good with the UTF from TSC. The manuals call for 10w30 oil. I think I got Rotella from TSC when I got the UTF.

You'll find a lot of information on here by searching for 3510 or 4110.

I use TSC's Travelers Transmission hydraulic fluid. But I buy my Rotella 15w-40 from Walmart. Usually $2-$3 a gal less than TSC.

I also use Wix filters whenever I can. There is one Bosch fuel filter on my model that no one else makes.

My 2¢

Awesome thank you for the information. I went on that link and printed out the manual. It’ll go a long way. I appreciate it!

I’ll put my model number in the search bar and see what I come up with. I might still look for a service manual just to have on hand. Maybe somebody has a PDF file that they shared

A buddy of mine who does a lot with heavy machinery, told me the same thing. I’m going back to the dealer today and returning the fluids and doing this exact thing.

Do you know the cross reference for the Wix filters?

Currently on the tractor is a wix oil filter but since it’s my first change out on these filters… I wanna make sure I have the correct cross reference number.

I am going to be changing the oil filter, hydraulic filter, fuel filter and both inner and outer air filters. I’m not sure if there is cross reference numbers for all of these. I’m not trying to cheap out, but any savings is better than no savings.

I'm not sure about a cross reference sheet. I figure as rarely as I would need to change most of those filters I just went with Mahindra's.

I do have the service and engine manuals also. PM me your email.
