Tried to engage the pto but it does nothing. the lever is up in the 540 position and the selector switch in the manual position ant the switch is pushed in and light up.
Mahindra 3510 PTO not working. NEED HELP

One day while mowing, the PTO suddenly stopped working on my 2555! The button was engaged and the light was on. Thought I'd broken something internally. Upon further investigation, discovered that a stick or something had caught and disconnected the wire to the PTO solenoid under the tractor, plugged back in and all was fine. You may want to check that out on yours.

It's been years since I have messed with one of these, but if I recall correctly there is an engagement solenoid that gets sticky/rusty if the PTO is not used for a while. If you are setting in the seat, look at where your right heel is. Then climb under the tractor and look about at that point and find the solenoid and take it apart. That'll get it working again.
