Mahindra 3510
Hello,
First time posting on here, my Mahindra 3510, I'm guessing 2001ish model is experiencing loader lift and rear lift issues.
If you give it lots of throttle it will work very slowly on both ends. Fluid looks good and clean, I have read something about pto lift needing to be in neutral? Not sure about how to check that. Thanks in advance for any help/advice on the issue.

Welcome to the forum.

Is this something that just happened or has it slowly been getting worse?
Simple things to check first.
1) Have you checked the oil level?
2) Does the hydraulic oil look clean and clear or cloudy and milky?
3) Does the sound of the hydraulics change when you are attempting to raise the loader?
4) When was the last time the filters where changed?
5) What is ambient temperature when you are attempting to operate the loader?

checking and answering the above items will help guide us to the possible cause or at least point us in a direction of the possible cause.

As O has suggested check fluid level and filters, I believe the 3510 has a spin on hydraulic filter
If all That is ok I would do a pressure test, may be a weak pump

The oil level looks good, and appears to be pretty clean looking. It’s been several years since it’s been changed along with the filter. It doesn’t get used a lot, mainly for mowing and running wood splitter off pto. The hydraulics have always been pretty slow it seems, especially when compared to my dads kubota. The odd part is the 3 point lift has gotten very slow also, I do have a pretty heavy log splitter on it, and I really have to almost run it wide open to get it to lift it. And run it almost wide open to get the loader to raise. I had read something about maybe the 3 point being past or stuck at a limit therefore not providing the correct fluid flow for everything to work correctly. But not sure if that applies or is even possible. And it does have the spin on hydraulic filter. I had seen somewhere where there was another type of hydraulic filter for it that looked different but I don’t think I have that style. But I was curious if it was on there and I can’t find it. Thanks.

Also, the only real noise I noticed was when I shut tractor off and had the loader on the ground, I pulled the lever back and heard kind of a bubbling like sound but it didn’t last long. And it’s been doing it from temps in the 20s to the 70s outside.
