Good luck with your choice.I for one do not like bull-dozers for clearing;all you end up with is big piles of dirt and brush. They also remove the top layer of soil;not a good thing in my experience.Either one of those tractors with a grapple and box blade capable.
I like Kubota's myself;we have three;you can always add weight if needed.

All you end up with?

What about the cleared area that doesn't have any more trees, brush and rocks? It's kind of funny for someone to suggest that a dozer is a poor choice for clearing land when that's one of their most common uses.

If there is an alternative to clearing with a bull dozer its not a bad idea to use it. Where I am from in N. Central MN this used to be the most common way of land clearing. birdman is correct that the piles became big piles of dirt. Top soil dirt, and we only have 3"-4" to begin with. This would leave the land in very poor condition. It then took years, 10-15 easy, for the wood to decompose in these piles to the point where it could be spread out again. imo it left a mess and poor soil.

True about a Dozer. But they do nice with field rocks
One thing I did besides spreading many many tons of manure and pond silt was to get and spread 33 tons of composted BioSolids (Black Gold, yuck) Even doing so, getting the Top Soil back is really tough once stripped.
Consider a contracting a large mulcher and an excavator, then to use tractor for clean-up. Even with Mulching you will keep busy.

I'm anti dozer clearing. I've seen too many times the aftermath. I know it's the most efficient way but I'm not in a hurry to clear my trees. I'm going to buy a tree puller for my tractor and pop the smaller trees out of the ground. Once I get them on the ground I'm going to rent a forestry mulcher to come incorporate the downed trees into the soil.

I wasn't suggesting there aren't viable alternatives, just that it's not true that the only thing left is piles of dirt and brush.

What's the plan for the bigger trees?

Not sure yet. I'm going to get all the sub 5" trees and brush down first and see what it looks like. I'm not exactly converting the area into pasture/farm land right now. For now, my property just needs some TLC. We just recently purchased it...

I think it works extremely well. From 1/2" saplings and vines to 8" pines, I don't think it's ever slipped off or sheered through. Never used anything else to compare though.
