Mahindra 4110 - How to change lines from fuel tank? Do I have to take tank out?

At first glance it seems like that is the case. But, I usually do things the hard way if I don't ask for advice. What is the best way to change all the lines? By the way, I am aware that diesel rubber lines are different than gas rubber lines. At least, I think that's the case.

There is a panel behind the seat that exposes the bottom of the tank.
