Mahindra 4110 Remotes Lever

I recently installed a hydraulic top link on my 2006 Mahindra. Unfortunately, I am unable to adjust it without stopping the tractor, standing up, turning around and trying to force the control arm around the seatbelt buckle. I would hate to have to remove the seatbelt, but that seems to be the only way to clear a path for the control arm. I was hoping to be able adjust the top link while actually box blading. As it stands, there is no chance of that. Has anyone come up with successful solution to this problem? Thanks.

Not that I recommend it for you but I removed my seatbelt back when I first bought my tractor years ago and my rear remote works great. I don't see why you couldn't heat & bend the control lever to fit your need. I had to do that with my 4x4 shifter as my left leg kept pressure on it all the time when turning in my seat to look behind while using implements and it bent shift forks before I heated and bent it to fit me. I'm 6'4" and the tractor is made for someone about 5' tall.

Thanks for the reply Skip. I believe removing the seatbelt is the best solution. There just isn't enough space in there for the controller. I know what you mean about the cockpit, I'm not even six foot and I feel cramped.
