if it were me i would disassemble it but short of that a long 2x6 with holes drilled in 1 end to match you lug nut spacing and your hub if needed, bolted in place of your wheel will give you a lot of leverage to find out if you can free it. i have found that this method is a lot less likely to damage anything.
