5530 Mahindra 4x4
Not a pressing issue b/c i dont see myself in the market for it immediately, but seems that for the cost of a bh unit, there is good reason to do your research. That Said...
Is there anybody that has installed a hoe attachment on a 5530?
Looking for opinions on factory(or whomever makes mahindras) and aftermarket(woods, rhino? and others)
Other info that seems pertinent, pto pumps vs tractor hydros. Does the unit feed w/ aux pto, or off of tractor hydro on your opinion of a Good Model
What other thought provoking info do the experienced among us have.

Also on a quick hmmmmm note:
Why does the 4530 have 11gpm and th 5530 have 10.5gpm hydro(not including PS) from what I have read everything is the same besides a bit of hp, axle capacity, fuel capacity and the like.

Pre Thanks
for Input

Hurry up and wait for the paperwork to go through:eek::drool::eek::drool:

The Mahindra branded BHs were (hopefully still are....)Bradco BHs....may be the best in the business for tractors....I've got a 511 for my 6000 ('02 model so its been a while since I've looked up anything on it)...get a PTO pump...on the 511 it puts out over 14 gpm with hardly any rpm on the tach...(I've never had to go over 1100rpm for all the power I needed), plus it doesn't heat up the hydraulic system on the tractor...don't know about your hyd pump...pretty sure its the same as the 11gpm unit though...BobG in VA

Believe some of the small tractor backhoes are KMW's

As others have said, it would be branded Mahindra but built by Bradco, either a 509 or a 511. Very high quality, not cheap, but such is life. They run fine off the tractor pump on this model, 10 gpm does the job fine. I understand Woods is great also, but have never installed one on a Mahindra.

My 6520 has a 11.2 gpm pump and I have to run it full throttle to get the best results with my 511 backhoe.
You might want to consider a PTO pump.

Woods does not yet make a sub frame kit yet for a 4035. I have a next to new Woods 9 foot back hoe off my skidkoader I want to put on my Mahindra but can't get a sub frame kit. Shame on Woods. I would say they are experiencing financial difficulty or they would be paying their engineers to develop sub frame kits for the newer Mahindras.
