I wouldn't buy an eMax -- they are really basic budget tractors. I assume they are in the lineup only to capture a few cheapskate sales.

Money would be better spend on a Max if buying Mahindra. One of my few complaints about the Max is that the fit and finish is a bit sloppy compared to Deere/Kubota, the seat is terrible (you'll find better on a department store mower), and the loader controls are rough and lack finesse. Those are all areas the BX will be better at. However the Max offers better raw performance.

You really need to drive and get a feel for both of the machines to get an idea for yourself. Nothing beats a demo. Definitely pay attention to the seat and loader controls on the Max if you care about those things.

Looked at the paperwork none of the dealers in my area sell max 25 all emax 25. They all have max 26 that's the bigger frame. I am pretty happy with my kubota might just stay with the BX

max 24 is great too - max 25's are not currently in production but may be around. my dealer had to go out of town to hook mine up - did not want the tier 4 models at the time or the emax that they had.

Of the two you mentioned I think I would go BX but a lot of guys on here like their eMax also. Also look at the MF

MF makes a darn nice sub compact. Well engineered. I just can't get past the lawn tractor sized tires on the Subs. Mahindra Subs do have the largest tires of the bunch.
