2014 emax 22
Hello, Been scouring the net and watching youtube videos on how to service my Mahindra emax22. I don't have the service manual and lost the manual that came with it when I bought the tractor and wanted to confirm the hydraulic oil capacity for this tractor. On Bills Tractor and Equipment, it looks like the oil and gear oil numbers seem right, but the hydraulic fluid capacity stated on their side is 5.7 Gallons. But been getting vague references on other sites of under 4 Gallons in some of the videos and when I look at maintenance parts they've bought, I only see 1 x 5 gallon bucket of Hydraulic fluid. A little nervous cause the site glass is pink just like the Chevron 1000THF I put in there and when I drained out 2 gallons to see if I can see the line in the sight glass, it was still pink. But keep in mind I must have put in 6 gallons in there already. So I'm assuming I really overshot it. If I did, I can certainly just drain it, but if I did not, will it damage the transmission, etc. or will there be some kind of overflow to remove excess oil if too much pressure. Thanks so much of reading.

Regards,
Rolando

Hi Rolando,
I have an eMax 25 HST cab and am in possession of the 2016 eMax 22/25 operators manual. It states the transmission requires 3.83 US gal. Hope that gives you some direction:)
