When I upgraded my bucket curl cylinders on my Max28 to those of the 1526, that was least expensive option was to upgrade. The cylinders complete from the dealer were only $360 for the pair. They had rod guides in the glands and pistons, one step up in quality from the cheap stuff usually found on E-bay etc.
