If these do take off here, I predict it will be as a fresh chassis to load up with traditional Jeep aftermarket stuff. Everything should bolt right on.
The Mahindra home market version that this Roxor is based on is simply the natural evolution from CJ-5, CJ-7 etc that Mahindra built there for many years.
My 2004 photo of old Mahindra jeeps, in this case used as taxis to go down rural footpaths where they depart from the highway. In the cities there were more CJ-5 looking Jeeps.
