Threads like this make me happy we have a good neighbor. North side of property is the road. East is a drainage ditch. South is farm land. West is a currently undeveloped parcel. Those folks say they are going to build. Easy to get a long with. We agreed if one or the other of us went a bit over the property line mowing from time to time we don't really care. Just keep the place looking nice.

The planted some blueberries near the property line. So we get fresh berries from them from time to time.

Only down side is we have horses and the like to target shoot on their property from time to time. Thankfully they give us a heads up and we can bring the horses in from the pasture before they start.
