Closes thing I have to maintenance log is hours printed on oil/hydraulic filters.....

I write the date and hours on the filters with a paint pen.

I do the same, but I also used my BROTHER P TOUCH printer to make sticker for windows in all my rigs. Date, miles or hours.

Dont bother with spread sheet, as all are out of warranty anyways.

I do keep a spread sheet for the 318 whole house generators I service though………

Maybe once you get to 500 you'll work on a "proper" system...
