They are cheap too! I used to get them at a farm store for about 16$ years ago.. but they have probably doubled since then. Still cheaper thant he 50$ i remember fro the horse panels!

Hmmm, that would make a good drag harrow (on the cheap) with the modifications you mentioned. I will have to check around to see if I can get a section of that stuff. Unfortunately, their are no TSC stores in my area and I don't know of anything similar. I will have to ask some of the local farmers. Does anyone happen to know of a company in Maine that sells this type fencing?

The one I built is a section of horse panel folded over welded to a 1" sq. tube and the chains also welded to the tube. I strap @ 60lbs of barbell weights to it. It works well.
