Man dies when tractor falls on him

A Placerville man found Wednesday apparently died when his tractor rolled on top of him, authorities said.
Family members had not spoken to Robert Charles Hickerson, 50, since about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Hickerson was found the following day under a tractor at about 5:30 p.m. on his ranch near a creek on Gold Strike Drive, El Dorado County Sheriff's Lt. Marc Adams said.
The death appears to be an accident
