Man drives BX over 8600 miles

I am confused, The article in the Post said the Mad Hatter was from Illinois....... The Kubota article says he is from Covington Indiana.......... But then, who cares.......

I thought the top speed of a BX was 8 MPH. Anyone know?

i use vascar at work, visual avg, speed computer and recorder. the math formula is ; speed equals distance divided by time, multiplied by 3600 ( # of seconds in an hour) your avg speed can never be higher than top speed but they can be the same. i use it for traffic enforcement. the indpls motor speedway basiclly uses the same setup. they know the track is 2.5 miles around, they clock the time, it computes the speed....
