I'm not seeing it as "complicated" if the discount and cost of Woods mower are close. Just a bit of creativity and Brady can be creative, I'm sure....

Where in VA are ya? I believe there is a new Woods dealer around Ashland (near Richmond) and when I was looking a month or so ago they were selling their implements at a discount....kind of a "grand opening" type sale.

I'm in Unionville, about 30 miles west of Fredericksburg. Thanks for the heads up. I'll look for the dealer in Ashland.

I have neither a Woods or Landpride hog BUT.... the one thing I can say for sure - if it is not what YOU want I doubt you will ever be happy. I have been in similar situation and bought the one that would do and was not really what I wanted and I never was really happy. Sounds like the Woods is perfect for you so I would not purchase the Landpride. If anything, even minor, goes wrong with the Landpride you are always going to think I should have bought the Woods.

You make a very good point. I don't think I'd be happy. I'm defiantly going to go with the Woods cutter. I'm sure Land Pride makes a fine product and if I wasn't so impressed with my current Woods BB600 I'm sure I'd go with them this time given the circumstances.
