All it takes is a little forethought and common sense. This guy apparently has neither. Even has one more thing against him - stupid friends (or possibly realitives). Now that you have photos - turn them into local autorities. Did you listen to the news to see if he was on it? Hate to say it, but maybe we'd be better off without him. Stupid usually breeds stupid.

That sure reminds me of the time when I was driving the family to Gulf Shores AL from St. Louis. We were driving through the night and around 2am-3am in the middle of Alabama, up ahead we saw a very bright vehicle. It looked like every light was on. As we approached it was a mini-van that was PACKED with college guys. They had the sliding door open and one of the guys had climbed on to the roof, while doing 65-70. I did about 80 and left that nonsense behind me. Not sure how it ended, not sure I care.
