I think 10 years would have been better. Maybe the S--- will freeze in Hades for his cruelty. No sympathy here for such people as that. J

The guy should have been sentenced to be tied outside until he froze to death.

You see it all too often. I know dogs are made to be outside, but when the wind is wipping you would think a guy could at least let the dog in the garage. Twenty below with a minus 40 windchill and the dog lays on the front lawn. Has no place to go or no water. Don't you just wanna go smack the owner?

Yes that's terrible. I certainly don't baby my animals but they always have good food and plenty of shelter. Our dogs are mostly outside animals but they have igloo kennels with blankets inside and warm water and as much food as they want.

We just took in an abused australian cattle dog and it's sad to see how afraid that poor thing is. With great advice from Pete and his wife we're trying to bring her back. I feel bad seeing the terror and fear in that poor dogs eyes even when we're just trying to show her some love.

No excuse for anyone mistreating/neglecting animals...........I would not hesitate one moment to report someone to the local authorities that treats animals in a bad way. Our animals are outside most of the time....but they have food/water and shelter.I also hate for people to dump animals.

I had a Blue Heeler too, had to put her down almost 2 weeks ago due to cancer. Best dog that ever allowed me to be her friend. If you ever see that creep that abused yours, smack him in the mouth for "Pepper" and me please.
