Fire your graphic artist. You need a logo that people can actually read in a half a second or less... never use a font that people have to struggle just to read. Think about big successful businesses and the type faces they use. Most use big sans serif type faces, no funny script type faces needed. Use a typeface that projects big powerful skid steer mower and what it can do. Spend a little time and search logos on google images. Look for successful brands and see what I mean.

I also recommend you set up a web site as soon as soon as possible with your own domain name and put it on every ad, flyer, business card, truck, trailer skid steer etc you own. What ever you do do not use a gmail /hotmail email address as they are for the fly-by-night operators.

I agree FIRE you graphic artist. Simple is best. Simple words, simple colors, simple layout. It has to be read at 30 MPH while your going down the road. Big letters and even bigger phone numbers.
Even today I wonder what Ad Men are thinking when they don't put the City where you can be found.

I worked for a Regional Magazine as advertising director. We also did marketing and collateral materials. Simple is best. I had my own landscape contracting business for a while also. I got more work by word of mouth and being at the job site. People would stop and ask to bid on their project. It may take a little time.

I like the area you are in. I head that way everyother year. My son was in Stanton, but now lives in Herndon, VA.
