Ya, diamond plate!!!!!!!!!!

A friend of mine remodeled his basement. The interior walls are paneled with galvanized corrugated roofing. The window sills are polished aluminum diamond plate, the bar cabinets are metal cabinets made for a race car trailer. Part of the basement has grass carpet. He custom pinstriped around the doors and windows. Its very cool!

I'm not saying to use caulk to bed the walls just for touch ups and minor imperfections.

Do your thing with sheetrock mud and tape, you will not go wrong. Disregard the ''doom 'n gloom" advice, the regular mud and tape will do just fine for your application. Good luck!
