1190 was a larger version of a 1250. Part of the 1100 series that came before the 1200's. Tractor is equipped similar to the 1250 except they used an Isuzu Diesel. They were good tractors and probably ahead of their time when they were selling new.

The larger 1200 series like the 1250 have independent PTO. The ground speed nor the drive clutch effect its operation.
