massey 135 no power to tansmission or hydraulics

recently bought a 135 just got it running, but I cant seem to get any power to the transmission when you engage/disengage clutch pedal you can tell the engine is taking a load. you can shift through all the gears without engaging the clutch... hydraulics do not work for 3pth lift and PTO does not engage

Have you checked your hydraulic fluid level? If your fluid has water in it can prevent the hydraulic pump from working. There is a drain plug on the bottom just under the operators seat. Loosen and drain a small amount out to check for color. Water reacts with hydro fluid just as an automobile and creates a murky fluid thus congestion the fluid from entering the pump. The internal transmission cavity may need flushing. The refill port is just to the left of the shifter on top. Do you have a operators manual?

Does your unit have Multi-Power? BobG in VA

Open the inspectioncoven under the bellhousing and look if the shafts is turning when engine is running . You my have a clutch to overhaul .

Sounds like your clutches needs adjusting or replacement or you have a broken shifting fork.
