Not sure why th dealer recommended no mid pto. That’s pretty much the dominant and preferred method of powering a front mounted snowblower. The old rear adapters fell out of favor years ago.

I would separate your lawn mowing requirements from your tractor requirements. Too many compromises if you bundle mowing with everything else, and dedicated mowers are cheap.

Something like a ck series Kioti should be looked at before you pull the trigger.

B series Kubota tractors seem a little undersized.

I use my tractor for everything but I also only own 3 acres. Some factors on having a second machine just for mowing. Will you have a place to store it? Are you ok with maintaining a second machine? Can you afford a second machine? Will it mow the ground? For example if you have hill or wet spots a tractor might do better with 4 wheel drive. If it’s flat open ground that is smooth it’s tough to beat a zero turn but it’s easy to wrap up more Than 5k in a good one.

I looked at the 15 series for Massey and thought that it might be too small for me needs. They recommended the rear PTO controlled, front mounted snow blower as it doesn't have mid PTO.

You could also look at an inverted blower (Pull blower) if you want a tractor that has no mid PTO, you also don't lose your bucket. The bucket comes in very handy in the winter. I debated on getting the inverted but went with the normal rear blower as my driveway is not that long. I absolutely did not want to lose my bucket during the winter.
