Traction Massey Ferguson 1140 no RWD

Well I figured out that I have no more rear wheel drive. When I have it in 4WD only the front tires move. When I put it in 2WD nothing moves. Can anyone tell me where I should start to find what is wrong? Is it the linkage or the pinion?
