Massey Ferguson 1749 vs Kioti NX4510

I'm tractor shopping, Have checked out most of the major brands and so far Kioti has topped the list as most bang for the buck. Now I talked to the MF dealer today and got a price on a 1749, HST with cab & loader. Quoted $39,000, however they don't have any in stock and he said if I ordered one it would take 6-8 months to be built and shipped. However, he did call me back and said there are some available (maybe from other dealers) that he could get sooner. Anyhow, I really like the looks of the Massey, but nothing really stands out as being superior to the Kioti. My main requirement is loader lift capacity of at least 2,000lbs, the MF 1749 is the smallest in the series to meet this requirement. The Kioti NX4510, while a few less horsepower is $3500 less. The 1749 looks to have a few more cab amenities, plus standard rear remote, which are extra on the Kioti. Has anyone bought the Massey recently, does this price seem in line? Is there anything else the Massey might have over the Kioti that I'm missing? Both have electronic HST with auto throttle control.

I was quoted around $38000 same tractor awhile back. Purchase pending right now on a little larger unit made by Massey. I have owned a Bobcat CT450 which is really a Kioti, and a Case IH brand. I have settled in the 1700 series and hope I made the right choice but I did a lot of research. Here is a pretty reasonably priced 1749 on TH. The first one at top of list.

FYI Westfield IN to Rochester NY about 575 miles, just a day trip. Go pick her up LOL or leverage a new purchase price.

I'm in the western tip of NY, so it's only 469 miles. Too bad I don't have a trailer big enough! I'd be a little worried about service though, not buying from the local dealer?
I see that the MF has side windows that open, I don't think Kioti or Deere (4044r) have that option.

I quality dealership will service their own regardless where you buy. Backyard purchase is best yes. Uhaul rents flat beds with pockets. Good luck, go down the road with a sharp pencil they should wiggle a little for you.

I got my 1749 for around $38,500. Power shuttle trans (which I love), block heater, and radio. I couldn't be happier with mine! It starts and runs very smooth in the Mn winters, cab is very spacious. I have never looked at Kioti so I can't comment on those.

The side window open on the Kioti, but not as far as they do on the Massey.

Have you seen my Massey video from when I was shopping? I tour the cab of a MF1759.

Why??

Well there are people out there that have never even heard of Kioti. We happen to have a dealer one county over that been selling them since about day one in the US. So most around are familiar with them but Massey-Ferguson is a much more well known name than Kioti. Not saying there's anything wrong with Kioti at all.

Have you taken a ride to Eden Tractor and looked at the LS? The XR3037 and XR4046 are both over 2000 lb lift capacity.
