I have a massey ferguson 202 workbull that used to run fantastic. the power steering pump started leaking fluid into the engine oil pan and it sat for about a year. before this in the coldest of weather I would pull the choke out and as soon as it started spinning push it back in and it would start right up. I finally got around and bought a new $500 steering pump as it has a loader on it and I figured where could I buy a loader for $500. after I got the new steering pump on it I had a hard time getting it started. I finally got it started but even after it was warmed up it would not run without the choke half way out. that was last summer and after setting over the winter I can't get it started again. I took the carburetor off and cleaned out all the jets and made sure the float didn't have a hole in it. it still won"t start, the plugs are dry. I was wondering if anyone knows if the intake manifold gasket could be the problem? don"t have any experience with this type of carburetor mounted under the intake, I think it's called an updraft carburetor. any thoughts on solving this problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks 01hunter570
