Oil & Fuel Massey Ferguson 203 Industrial Tractor Manifold Preheater

Does anyone know if the above tractor has a manifold preheater and if so how is it activated? I recently acquired the Massey Ferguson 203 Industrial with loader and backhoe and have been having to use starting fluid to start it even at 40 deg F.

it screws into the intake on the opposite side from the intake hose

Does that use a manifold heater or a thermostart system?
Thermostart uses a small heater in the intake with a fuel line and small fuel tank.
When activated the small heater warms up and acts as an igniter for the fuel which burns in the intake to warm it up.
