Massey Ferguson 253

I am needing injectors for the mf 253, apparently these are rare as I can't find them online. One mf dealer told me there were only 4 that they could find in their system, and the price for three of them was almost 1000.00. Any help would be appreciated

Do you not have a diesel repair shop nearby that specializes in pumps and injectors. If so they should be able to rebuild yours cheaper than a new set.

I assume you have searching AGCO for the Massey Ferguson 253. Try searching for parts for the Perkins engine. Likely that engine is used in other machines. Tractor Data indicates it is a Perkins AT3.152.4.

The Perkins AT3 152.4 seems to be a common engine used in Massey ferguson tractors. When they ask for the part number of the injector 3637553 M91 that is in the mf 253, that is when we find that it is rare and very expensive. It has to do with the way the injector is mounted to the engine block.

I am searching for a diesel shop that has the parts to rebuild my injectors
