Hi All,
i've recently fitted a new flail mower to my 35x and it was working fine for an hour- then hydraulics lifted by themselves and wont come down even though operating lever is down,
Next day i went down to have a look and played with the draft control lever ( its position is all the way forward- as its always been..not sure if thats correct just how previous owner had it set) while tractor running there was a short crunch like shifting gears now it works again??
My question is- Is the draft control lever meant to be all the way forward for using a mower on the 3 point??
i'd rather disable it altogether, not needed for cutting grass.
Or does the problem i had indicate a need to dismantle and full inspection of entire hydraulic sytem??aka a lot of work
Cheers.
