Massey Ferguson 65(176 continental gas engine) : Engine oil getting into radiator

This tractor has a problem with engine oil getting in to radiator. I drained oil out of the oil pan and found not a drop of water in the oil. Where could the oil be getting into the radiator and not in the oil pan?
