I stand by what I said, the Allis has a larger pump built in "stock" than the pump in the transmission of the Industrial 30.Allis Chalmers 185
This one claims 21GPM at 2000RPM: 275128M91 Front Mount Hydraulic Pump Made To Fit Massey Ferguson 3 32 4 54 212: Amazon.com: Industrial & ScientificI tried to find some specs on the pump that fits the Ind 30 with no luck. The aftermarket pumps that fit don't give any specs as to the flow rating and a lot of them don't come with a relief valve. If the OP needs to know exactly might could go to agro and find out. As long as it works for what you want then it's good.
I will say this, many older farm tractors had add-on loaders that worked fairly well. This includes some older mf tractor. I will say the mf tractor in question I'm not really familiar with, so difficult for me to say one way or another. That being said, koyker, westendorf and farm king have always been the add-on loader of choice around here for old tractors. From your point of view, this particular tractor may need to make sure there is sufficient hydraulics or a way to upgrade the hydraulics to handle a loader. I had a allis Chalmers D-15 that someone had modified with a home made reservoir and a pump to improve its hydraulics. Like I say, this particular mf tractor I'm not totally up to speed on.I stand by what I said, the Allis has a larger pump built in "stock" than the pump in the transmission of the Industrial 30.
If "this tractor" (which I probbaly should have clarified meant the MF 30 Industrial) DOESN'T have a front pump, it will be very slow as I said.

The stock pump on Dad's MF Industrial didn't have a relief valve in it AFAIK, it relied on the one in the loader valve mounted on the RH loader frame/tank.
