That looks like a nice little tractor. I tried to ask for more info, but it the 1400 series wasnt listed specifically, so I just chose all MF products.

Im gonna be near a MF dealer tomorrow, Ill stop in and get the printed literature and try one (assume of course they have one).

Looks like a nice tractor. I was talking to the dealer a few weeks ago, and he was telling me about it. Looks like it will be a little cheeper then the BX also. I will be stopping by tomarrow, so I will see if they got any in.

Looks like it is more comperable to the 7500 than the BX.

Cheaper than the BX????? I will have to SERIOUSLY look around for one of these. The dealer Im going to tomorrow is pretty large, so maybe they will have one.

Are the 1400 series gonna replace the 1200 series? It seems Massey is renaming alot of its tractor lineups these days.

Well, I went to the Massey dealer to day. He didnt have one, and told me he had no intention of getting one.

I looked across his lot and saw 20+ large farm tractors all lined up, and Im left to assume that he is not interested in the compact tractor market.

That 1423 looks exactly like a 1225 with a different hood decal.

It doesn't look like the new MF1400 series offers a Hydro tran on it? Is that true? I didn't get any info in the mail on this, but have received mailings from the local MF dealer near me. They don't seem to be very big and that concerned me for long term service.

I agree. It would be nice if the manufacturer's would at least list MSRP on their info sites. Or maybe give us an "Under $---" number.

Anybody have any idea who is manufacturing these units for Massey?

I just priced a BX Killer. $10,700. w/ belly mower. Same price or more than BX. Let's hope the deals get better, or the price comes down in the wake of competition. Bob

The GC2300 looks like a BX, even the specs are suprising similar, except for for a higher PTO output.

JD has to be working on a similar machine.
