Massey GC2400

I have a 2010 Massey GC2400. I was told over the weekend that I might be able to adjust the relief valve to give me some additional power and to "Load" the tires to help balance the tractor when using the bucket. Anyone have similar thoughts and can someone please let me know how to turn up the relief valve if possible.
