Anyone know much about the early 70's Massey's Model 65? I was told it was a 50 HP Tractor.

Any problem I should be looking for???

The MF 65 was built prior to 1966. From 1955 to 1966 I believe. It is a very good tractor and it came with a 4 cyl Perkins diesel or a 4 cyl continental gas engine. It is rated at about 52 PTO HP. These machines seem to last forever and parts are readily available because the MF 165 is almost identical except for the sheet metal. The 65 came with a 6 speed transmission or the optional 12 speed multi-power transmission.

Sorry for the break in the reply. The 65 and 165 tend to have loose steering after it is used a while, that is caused by wear in the linkages just behind the front grill. Other than that the tractor works well.
