Match for 4110

Is a 60 inch BH rd finish mower a good match for a JD 4110 with 17 PTO HP? Literature for the BH mower says 15-35 hp tractors. Does this mean PTO HP or gross HP. Don't want too big of mower for this tractor.

I ran a 60" RFM on my 18HP (14.7PTO) New Holland while I waited for the MMM to come in. No complaints power wise. Manuverabiliry, now that's another story....
