Yes I think it is 20mm pins either way that makes it a more complicated fit. Before you swapped cylinders by chance did you try raise system and relief pressure? I see you used a washer to shim. Was that post cylinder swap or before? If before was there a noticeable difference?
2 tons lift on the L39? Good grief that things in beast mode.
The washer raised the Pressure to about 2300 psig, I dialed back the relief on the loader to 2150-2200 PSI, about 100 psi over spec.
That got the loader lift feeling like it was actually the 1400 Lbs Mahindra states in their specs. The 45mm Lift cylinders are a large as any tractor you will find that size.
The curl force just did not match what the loader would lift. Like you stated, drive into a pile and it would not curl the bucket, unless you backed out, not just a bit, but a lot.
I'd say the ideal match would be 1.5" Curl cylinders, up from 35mm. As the Rod is 25mm, there is only a 5mm annular area acting to curl the bucket.
The 40 MM cylinders from the 1526 loader are slower acting, especially in the dump mode. Still I consider the trade off in my favor.
The Loader and 3pt hitch capacity on my Max are as much as the tractor's frame can handle, and I'm sure an abusive operator would damage the tractor. The Max is small enough to get into Paddocks, Sheds and Barns, while still big enough to do the land engagement and loader work on our small farm. a real labor saver to be sure. Other than precision close quarters loader work, the shuttle shift is excellent, as it takes on hills and roads well.
The Max Shuttle is much better shifting gears than the 3X2 straight gear old Kubota I had. Other than snow removal, firewood, heavy pallets, and landscaping work, my L39 and excavator can have an easier life as the Max is the go to "chore tractor".
