Max Oil filter question

I generally check the oil every couple of times I use the machine. I wasn't concerned about the yellow paint on the dipstick, I was concerned that there was yellow overspray on the filter that was supposed to have been changed at 50 hours. If it came from the factory or it was done as predelivery, it would indicated they didn't change the filter. If it was sprayed after the 50 hour service, no issues.

My guess is the filter and oil were changed and then the paint came on afterward so it would be easier to find the tube the next time. Nobody would paint something and then wait hours to dry before they worked on it.

I think they did a crappy job painting it anyway and they coulld have been neater about it.
