You mentioned CDL a while back. Once you go commercial and the GCWR exceeds 26,001 lbs. you must get a CDL. If the trailers GVWR is over 10,000 lbs. then you must have a class A CDL. Same thing needed for a tractor and trailer. If you will be moving fuel and the tanks is designed to hold more than 120 gal(IIRC) then you are in need of a hazmat liscence. If you need move a tank that is over 1050 gal you need a tank endorsement. Then there is the DOT number that is needed at 10,001 lbs. company name, home city and state plus DOT must be on each side of vehicle and readable from 50 feet away. This is federal regs so your state maybe more strict.
