The Mahindra Specs call out a 1400 lb lifting force for the ML205 FEL... sounded great at the time I was searching to increase the FEL pickup capacity from my 2450 Yanmar, but I feel it isn't at that point... OR I really don't know how much I am picking up !

I need to find a Repair Service in my area that can take a look at the overall tractor.
Check the Hydraulic Pressures, increase the hydraulic Pressures where it can be, and do a complete oil change... everything.

Then step back and decide if I really need to trade in a Max28, for a larger tractor or not.

Thanks all !

Have you added ballast to the tires? What do you have on the 3 point? Both can add a good amount of weight.

Don’t overlook checking and adjusting hydraulic pressure. That’s an easy one that can cost little to no money.

Also check out the BX Expanded website. My buddy has several of their mods on his Kubota. Some of those ideas may work for your machine.

I have loaded rear tires with Beet Juice, and I usually run around with the BH in place. That usually works for lifting anything I need to.
But I think the Hydraulics need some adjusting.

You can check it, and adjust it yourself fairly easily. You said you have some mechanical skills and this is within reach for sure! Adjusting the pressure is probably as simple as adjusting a set screw on your loader control.

Thanks I will check this out !
