Thanks Eddie, we'll take our time looking and probably won't move until next year but you're right, it's a big change ahead! Good news is we have some family in the Missouri area that could do some pre-screening for us if we go there. Frankly, where ever we go, I think the concept of getting everything moved will be the challenge and will lead to some interesting discussions on what to keep, what to lose, etc.

Thanks again for sharing your comments in the other post about driving, literally had me laughing out loud!

That's a great area...had the pleasure of growing up around Springfield....but came to Texas as soon as I could. East Texas still has some reasonable land prices, if you look, and the cost of living is comparable to the Springfield area.
