mccormick g25

hi does anyone have any experience of the mccormick g25, I have been offered one with 600hours and its in pretty good shape, the only fault is that when it is stood for 2-3 days the oil drains back to reservoir on power steering with no obvious leaks on the system, once started the steering comes back when the wheel is moved but its stiff initially. can anyone recommend the g25 and would you let the power steering issue put you off. I hope some one can help.

I have owned one for a few years and have infrequently had that issue.
The steering and 3PL would take its time to properly pressure up.
But as it seemed to sort itself out each time I havnt really tried to sort it out save for making sure that the hyd oil is filled to the correct level. There was a small leak under the seat and around the pto area but it has now been serviced etc and sorted. The invoice only mentions copper washers and new hose, filters etc so no big spend there.. Its a sturdy little tractor if it suits the power you need from one. The tractors are produced as unbranded ones and then various companies brand them and add them to their range... I forget who else does this, but mostly lesser known tractor suppliers. Let me know if you want anymore info on them and I will try to help.
