A suggestion if I may: In the show notes or in a pinned comment, list the ingredients and cooking info. I think you will engage better with the audience that way.

Yep you are right Mark. That was our first cooking video. I'm gonna go back and add that information on the description section of the video. Thanks for the tip.

No not a smart phone. It is a Canon vixia HF R800, not a high dollar camera, but it does a nice job for my needs. A smart phone would probably do fine, but I'm enjoying doing the videos so I decided to get a camera just for that purpose. I'm retired, and it gives me something to do.
