Mechron 2240 overheating - fan won't turn on

Our Mechron 2240 overheats. The electric fan is not turning on, but will spin when hooked directly up to 12v power. Fuse appears good and I swapped it with another. Coolant is full and I've tried purging any air from the system.

Other ideas? Is there a different temperature sensor to kick on the fan, other than what would show on the dash (which shows hot)?

did you check the relay? doubht its direct wired. then I would check to see if the computer/sensor is commanding it on at the relay.

Do you know where the relays are and which one would be for the fan motor?

Temperature sending unit or the coolant fan relay. Any mechanic will quickly puzzle this issue out.
