I've been carving college and NFL logos. I download the logo from the internet and then use the software to "trace" it and convert it into a tool path. It takes about an hour to get the tool path file ready and another hour or so to do the cutting on the machine.
I typically engrave a Bible verse on the back. You can select any font and carve any size. ... very cool.

Here's an image of the CNC machine. I'll send a few more. It's basically a router mounted to a frame that moves in the X, Y, and Z axis. I use a cutting software called V-Carve. The software is specifically designed for the sign industry, using V-shaped pointed router bits.
