Messick's one month after the sale

After one month that I took delivery of a L4740 and a ZD326P, salesman called yesterday just to ask how both machines are working, and to reassure me that if I ever have a problem they are only a phone call away. I've purchased many Kubota's from other dealer's, this is the first time I've received a call after the sale. I did have a question on the tractor just after delivery, called the service man at Messick's and within an hour, he returned my call and straightend my mistake out. When purchasing don't overlook Messick's they are there after the sale, very pleased with sale's and service.

Will second that. I live in KS. and they were very helpful to me on just a question (no sales). Messick's part pages (on line systems) are also a wealth of info. Nice to find someone to help even when they don't have a good sales prospect.

Don't know why it's so hard for customers to give a "Praise" report for a good dealer and a good transaction. There should be MORE of them on this forum.

Neil is a great guy. I stopped buy while visiting PA last year as I always wanted to see the dealership in person. Always nice to match a name with a face

Perhaps there are few good transactions. Just a thought.

I don't think that's mainly/mostly the case since there are many praises for a good deal and a good transaction but the dealer isn't named. Believe some people think they can't give the name of a "good" dealer on this forum.
I sometimes see photos of the tractor being delivered and compliments given concerning the transaction but the name on the side of the delivery truck can't be read and the dealer never mentioned.
Tell about your good experiences and help buyers and potential buyers to know where a good experience has been had.:thumbsup:
